I don’t understand why people of a “minority” ethnicity will say things like

“THIS IS A “HOW FAR BLACK MEN HAVE HAVE COME IN THE PAST 5 YEARS” GRAPH. THIS WOULD NEVER BE IN THE NEWS” (just a loose example using the race i most commonly see this from)

Like the fact that broadcast television does not showcase the achievements of specifically one race is proof that this country is racist.

Do they broadcast a graph that shows how well specifically white or Asian or Hispanic men are doing? No. Why should there be a graph including only one ethnicity at all??

You want to end racism? (I’m talking to all ethnicities here):

• Stop identifying yourself as your color. 
• Stop expecting to be treated any differently than anyone else because of your skin.

The longer we think of ourselves as different the longer racism exists.

When Morgan Freeman was asked in an interview how he felt about black history month he said he found it “ridiculous”
