This is an excellent question, and I’ve spent the past 15 minutes mulling over this. Sadly, I don’t know enough about tattoos to answer this. So I’ll open it up to the public. Guys, what do you think?

  2. longhairpapabear said: Well, I’d say it’s not cultural apropriation for any race. There is evidence of tattooing in Europe over 5,000 years ago which is 2,000 years before any other known evidence (though I doubt Europe was unique in tattoooing.)
